Do you know what I hate???

I hate when somebody walks into my work and asks for a part that they called on, but then proceed to tell me what I told them.

For example: Do you have a hood for this car?

No, I don't have a used one, but I can order you a new one if you leave a deposit and wait 1 business day.

Ok, I'll be down.

Hi I called about the new hood you have in stock, I wanna pick that up.

I told you you had to leave a deposit, I don't stock those.

No, you didn't...bla bla bla...you said you had one in stock.

Then I have to be nice, even thought these guys either don't remember where they called or who they talked to or what they said.

So....these guys walk out, and under their breath I hear "WTF, he said...."

I would love to go out there, but what do I have to prove against two older assholes.

Yeah, first Saturday we are open..we close May-October for the summer...and this one sucks. It will be 87* today and I am stuck here from 8-2. At least we have huge doors open and it feels like we are outside!! I'm taking the notch out after this!!
