DAMN 60 SECOND RULE!!!!!!!!!!!
Can we please set the 60 second time limit between PM's to ZERO or even 30 seconds? 60 seconds is a long ass time to wait when you have convos going with people via PM's.

We do that to cut down on spam (we've received some before). Maybe I can decrease the limit for established members though.
