Northwest airlines
SUCKS!!!
I was supposed to pick my mom up from the airport at 11 am...she calls me at 9:30 from FL and tells me that their plane has electrical issues and that NWA is flying in the part from Minneapolis, then fixing the plane, then flying to Detroit. At least a 4 hour delay  What a bunch of

They had a problem on a plane I was on once, luckily it was in Memphis, one of their hubs, so they were able to just snag another plane and put us all on there without much delay. At least you were notified of the delay before you went to the airport, that would have sucked to get there and either had to wait there or go home and come back.

all airlines are I don't think I've ever had a flight whare they were actualy decent people, there always a bunch of a-holes.

I've never seen an actual "on-time" flight.

she should take to the customer relation department odds are she will get compensation for the delay if it was 4 hours or more. I used to work for spirit airlines and any delay over 4 hours caused by the airline ie mechanical they got free round trip tickets.
