Thumbs up New routine, time...

I think it's time to switch up what days I train what body parts. I think I'll try this for the next 6-7 weeks...

Day 1: Cardio (10min, 4mph, 15* speed walk and 20min stairclimber @ level 10), Biceps, Triceps, Forearms, and abs.
Day 2: Cardio (10min, 4mph, 15* speed walk and 20min stairclimber @ level 10), Shoulders and abs.
Day 3: Cardio (10min, 4mph, 15* speed walk and 20min stairclimber @ level 10), Chest, and abs.
Day 4: Cardio (10min, 4mph, 15* speed walk and 20min stairclimber @ level 10), Back and abs.
Day 5: Cardio (10min, 4mph, 15* speed walk and 20min stairclimber @ level 10), Legs and abs
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: Rest

Well see what results those those produce by late October. Current workout (Chest, Arms, Shoulders, Back, Legs) is already stale.

Al just a thought...what about swapping day 2 and day 5. Coming off day one your shoulders will be slightly fatigued but your legs will be sound. No sense in cheating yourself a good shoulder session. Just my .02.

Also, my gyms treadmills only go to 10*. Powerhouse has them at 15*?

Yep. And the gym Ryan goes to has a couple treadmills that go to 20+ if I recall correctly.

As far as swapping days, no can do. I need to do legs at the end of a 5 day week because doing cardio the 2 days after a leg day is nearly impossible.
