Exclamation I spoke too soon...

Remember a few days back when I said that I missed being sore to the point where it is almost impossible to function? I lied, I don't miss this shit 1 bit!!

After completely changing everything about my diet and routine this past Tuesday I am left with biceps, triceps, and forearms that hurt even to let hang, abs that are so sore and tender that sneezing makes you wish you were dead, and a chest that feels like it's going to seperate from my ribs. Getting out of bed this morning took a while, taking a shower was damn near impossible since I couldn't reach one armpit with the opposite arm, I couldn't reach my feet, and lathering my hair with shampoo and conditioner seemed like it just wasn't going to happen.

This shit just needs to pass. But the good news is that those muscles are very likely repairing and growing.

So what all did you change up on your routine that made this drastic change in soreness?

Exercises, reps, sets, form, isolation, and the day I exercised that certain muscle group.

I hear that! I asked the girl at the tanning salon (after gym yesterday) to give me an extra 3-4 minutes (on top of the 3 you already get to get lotioned up) because I could not move and getting my shirt off, and then back on, seemed like and impossible task. I should have asked her to just come in and help.

This is awful!! You can now add shoulders to the list of bodyparts that hate me right now.

I have dropped weight across the board and I'm focusing a LOT on really slow reps with absolute perfect form. What a difference!! I wanna be like Dom...just a lot taller.

WELL...you already go the taller part....hahahaha...

HEY one thing too...one the negative side of the rep make sure you dont take the tension off...keep that shit tight. EX...doing alternate curls...on the down do not relax the arm...keep it tight...man you will get a sick pump...cant lift as heavy but your arms will be wreaked!
