We have bought many driveshafts over the years ,many from Clydes frame and wheel in pontiac mi , then a place made(make nascar driveshafts) my brother in laws in oxford on the industrial rd off oakwood and m-24 : he made a 4" chromemoly everything balanced for $240 (it was light too) .Then had a buddy use dts -and they make there own measurement for the shaft , you tell the distance from the pinion to the back of the trans --- Both were wrong length by 1/4" . We have a mark williams chromemoly shaft and yoke now (large u joints) .Good luck
