Well last spring/summer I lost about 50 lbs as you might remember. When fall rolled around my roommate and friend passed away in a pretty shitty way and I turned to food for comfort. I kept going to the gym every so often and lifting, but as we all know, you can lose weight eating junk. So i packed about 50 lbs back on.
So I've moved recently, quit my old gym, and I'm going some where I can not only just work out, but get a plan set up with some goals, and nutrition plan.
Anyways, long story short I'm signing up at Triad today. I'll post up some good results hopefully, as I go along.
