During a Bulk stage....
Should i hold off on stomach and cardio? I have a small gut, i'm not looking for a 6 pack just a small slim up, which i can do during my cut stage but i would like be a step ahead.
I completely cut pop out of my daily routine (drank about 4 20oz bottles @ work, plus 2-3 glasses at home) now i drink water constantly but i feel more bloated? I'm also taking 2-3 protein shakes a day, so should hit the stomach & the tread?
