jsxtreme I need rep points!
Default I need some advice!!!!!!

So I lost 40 lbs eating right and lifting heavy? Well all good things must come to an end, and it has.

I've hit a road block. Floating around 290.

So I need to switch it up.

First and foremost, the cardio I started doing, I have stopped. BIG BIG mistake on my part. That changes TOMORROW. I took this semester off school to lose weight, and its time to focus. I've had some personal drama that has a distraction over the past few weeks, but thats over with now. I've just been lifting heavy to take out anger.

My focus now is on cutting fat, and showing this muscle I have put on over the summer. I know its there, I just cant see it.

So I ask this, if I cut the weight I lift in half, and rep until I burnout, will it help tone and lose fat? That joined with cardio EVERYDAY and a good diet should put me back on the right track. Right?
