Default My gains thus far

Day of first measurements 7/19/2007

Before and after

Neck-
15.25 / 15.75 / 15.50
Bicep-
14.00 / 15.00 / 15.50
Forarms-
11.00 / 12.25 / 13.00
Chest-
36.00 / 38.00 / 43.50
Waist-
31.00 / 32.00 / 34.00
Hips-
36.00 / 36.00 / 39.00
Thigh-
19.50 / 20.50 / 21.50
Calf-
14.00 / 14.25 / 16.00
Weight
157 / 170 / 187

My calorie intake prior to working out was maybe 1200 a day,
Ate once a day if I was lucky to find some time Sometimes wouldn't eat for a couple days just junk food snacks.

Calorie intake now 4500+
Eat 6 meals a day + snacks

I'm happy so far, Some is probably muscle memory ( I heard this does exist? ) Was 185 before when i worked out but my job took up most of my time, now I make myself goto the gym. Sometimes I can't get up there until 8pm, Hopefully my work schedual will slow down so i can get some earlier times and go more often.
