Did I do something wrong
Did I do something wrong or is my body getting used to it?
Yesterday were arm,shoulders,traps. I beat them up real bad, I pushed it to the limit. I was sore as hell when I got home.
Woke up this morning and they felt really good, still a bit firm from the workout but no pain like my previos beginning work outs when i started.
Maybe the supplements I'm taking help heal faster? I dunno. I never took them before so I don't know what they really do.
currently taking a day
2 vitamin C
10 Amino Acids
6 creatine, 3 before workout, 3 after
1 Yohimbe
4 finstone vitamins
plus my shakes I drink a day which is (6) 8oz shakes
Does this stuff really make a diffrence in the after workout pain?
