MY CUTTER diet
I hear it all the time....what do you eat? write up my diet for me...
WELL here it is..I pulled out my journal and wrote it out for you guys/gals.
MEAL 1-25g whey protein shake/with water
5 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal-1 ts cinnamon,1 packet sweet n low
diet pepsi or coffee (black)
MEAL 2- 1/2 cup oatmeal
25g whey protein
MEAL 3- 1 chicken breast
large salad with 1/2 cucumber
red wine vinagette with 2 tbs flax seed oil
MEAL 4- 40 gram protein shake with water/
raw broccoli, 4 oz loaded sweet potatoe (cin and sweetn low, cant believe its not butter
MEAL 5- (after training) turkey, chicken or fish 8 oz.
4 cups cooked broccoli or asparagus
large salad with 1/2 cucumber
red wine vinagrette 2 tbs flax seed oil
diet pepsi (large)
Meal 6- air popped popcorn
50 gram protein shake
10 gram creatine
MEAL 7 (bedtime) fat free cottage cheese 1 cup with peppers
