I am putting this up really as something to help me really see what I am eating and when. I have a hard time staying as strict as I should once I get home in the evening. All of the "bad" foods seems to taste a LOT better after 8pm.
Food Intake for 1-23-2007
7:00am: Protien shake made with one scoop of ON chocolate protien powder, 8oz of 2% milk, and 3 medium strawberries. Cals: 217, Fat: 3, Carbs: 18, Protien: 32
10:00am: Trail mix...1/3 cup. Cals: 229, Fat: 15, Carbs: 22, Protien: 7
12:00pm: Yoplait Light Yogurt. Cals: 100, Fat: 0, Carbs: 19, Protien: 5
1:45pm: 2 cans of White Albacore Tuna with Frank's Red Hot sauce, and a side of steamed Broccoli, Cauliflower, Baby Carrots, and summer squash. Cals: 415, Fat: 5, Carbs: 15, Protien: 79
