So as most know I have been off work due to my back injury, things are better but not great. So today I find out that they (insurance company) cancelled my comp. claim. Their reason was this was not a work related injury, HUH? I had a guy on the jobsite who witnessed what had happend, how in the hell can they do this? Those bastards are going to be seeing me in court, I'm not a sue happy person but now they are going to get a taste of their own medicine. Thankfully I'm am refinancing my house so I'll be able to pay my bills for a couple of months till I can return to work.
Anyone who has dealt with this with? Any suggestions on what to do from this point? Opinions are welcome please do not knock me for legal actions as this was not my original intent, I just want my life back to normal..
