My thinking is the nitrous would act both as an intercooler AND increase TQ.
The snow kit would cool the charge, and with methonal it would add to the octane rating of the fuel....but I don't think I'd get much if any HP or TQ. My car is basically tuned for race gas right now.

with the snow get u would prob get 60-80 hp or more ..why would u think that lowering the intake temp and adding 120 octance methanol u woudnt get HP and TQ lol? u would get a lower intake charge and its just like a nitrous wet kit but u dont have to plumb fuel lines...plus u can use windshield washer solvent at $.94 a gallon at walmart compared to $4.00 a lb of N2O thats up to you lol.
