back at it again
Well I used to be in good shape before dating a girl and getting out of working out. Well the slump is over...I am only 5' 10" and out of high school I weighed around 130. I got up around 150-160 after but not in shape well I am in college now about to finish and decided its time to change it.
I started 2 weeks ago at 160 in a week I hit the cardio real hard and got down to about 142ish and since then started hitting the weights and eating better. I just got back from the gym and weighed in at 162. looking more lean and strong. My goal weight is around 175.
