Default Tim McAmis Race Cars Launches New Website

After months of planning, preparation and diligence, legendary door slammer builder and performance parts manufacturer, Tim McAmis is ready to reveal his new TMRC website and online store to the racing world.“We’ve been working on this project for over a year and our goal is to give our customers and fans a great experience when they come to our website,” McAmis said. “There was a lot of research and development that went into the layout of the new online store. All of the products are arranged so they are easy to locate and we have also given customers the ability to read and write reviews. We have also used over 30gb of high quality photos so you can have an up close look at all of our components and kits.”Just like their cars, every minor detail has been addressed. As McAmis stated, “The look and feel of the site was also very important to us. We didn’t want to produce a standard online store with basic graphics and a white background like everyone else’s. We take pride in everything we do and want the site to reflect that. Therefore, I decided to bring on artist and graphics superstar, Justin Spencer to help us in that department.” “I was incredibly honored when Tim approached me about joining his team. It has been a great experience getting to work with everyone at the shop,” Spencer explained. “I’ve dealt a lot with the TMRC in the past as a performance parts customer and helping with other small projects over the years. It is one of the most professional organizations that I have ever worked with, not only in the performance community, but also in serving network security businesses to large construction companies.”Although the site is now available for use, it is far from complete. “The website is an ever-evolving piece of TMRC. This is really just the beginning of things to come,” said Spencer. “Throughout 2011 we will continue adding new interactive portions to the site as well as further developing the store. Everything from news updates to 3D parts features, user downloads and shop tours are currently in the works. As the season kicks off, we are also going to expand TMRCtv, which was put together late last year. Every day we are exploring new ideas as we continue to make www.timmcamis.com a source not only for the highest quality components, but an excellent place for information and entertainment as well.”“I want to stay connected to those who use the website and encourage everyone to send in feedback. Perhaps an instructional video on TMRCtv or additional photos added to a kit in the store, every suggestion will be evaluated and implemented if it helps bring the user a better experience,” explained Spencer.Be sure to check out the new Tim McAmis Race Cars and Performance Parts website at www.timmcamis.com. Stop by the media section for a look at some of the latest cars to come out of the shop as well as some TMRCtv videos. Don’t forget to browse the online store and register to review products and receive the latest information from TMRC!
