RestoMods are a neat trend. While retaining much of the old school spirit of the originals, they infuse all the latest technology and options offered today. Being the old school car lovers that we are, any chance that we get to check out a beautiful classic, we love to jump on the opportunity. Recently, our friends over at
Aeromotive turned us on to a company that gets to deal with classic gems on a daily basis, Next Level Kustoms. While flipping through some photos of the place, one car in particular really stood out to us. Granted, classic restorations are an awesome thing to see, but nothing beats custom fabrication done right in whatever you’re doing.
Old Chevelles are a little rough from the factory and quite often, the floor board and firewall are rustier than a tetanus trap. Jim Gollwitzer and Norb Neighbors at Next Level managed to take this rust bucket Chevelle and clean it up a little bit. The duo restored the engine compartment to pristine conditions and coated everything from the frame to the brake drums in a vibrant blue. Their dropping in a badass polished powerplant and doing much more work to the vehicle. As different as it may seem, the project turned out to be a beautiful work of art as you can see in the photos. We really look forward to seeing more work pumped out by Next Level and we’re sure they can only continue to impress us!
