Enough screwing around.
Alright, it's March 1st. Target weight loss for this month: 20 lbs
From Oct of last year, until today, I've gained 30 lbs. I went from 280, back up to 310.
Dealing with my roommates suicide, and my mom being in the hospital, is what did it. No going to the gym, eating shitty food on the run. Well NO excuse for that now.
I gotta lose 40 by May 1st.
