Whoa, weird!!!!

I was on www.WhitePages.com and I wanted to do a reverse phone number search on myself, and when I did that, my cell phone number did not come up. My number is private and I'm on a couple different DNC lists. But my number did come up with a different area code, in this state, for a guy by the name of Albert (mine is Alberto) and his last name sounds hispanic, maybe even Italian. Are they assigning phone numbers by first name and ethnicity now? HAHAHAHAHAHA
