Cool good luck! I'm not having any luck at all..I looked at one yesterday and it was nice except the 1inch of water in the basement.....

Ha, not pimpin. I was just talking to my realtor yesterday and she said she thinks that the appraisal may come back lower than expected being as the last appraisal was done over a year ago so we may have to re-write it but i will get it for the low, So im kinda hopin for that.
