71, the way to tell them apart is the parking lights and grill, 71 has split parking lights, 72 is solid, the grill on a 71 is split center, 72 is split 3 times

the car is a 350 malibu, it has a 350 mild cam, th350, original ac car. the miles are unknown, we bought it for a good looking cruiser, thats what we used it for. clean car though. the going price on those in that kind of shape is 18-20,000. its hard to find 71 convertibles. if you look there's alot of 72's but 71's

Nice Car... yeah 67 Vert's are hard to come buy too! Thanks for the insight between the 71&72's. I mostly am famular with the 66&67 for obvious reasons and the 68&69's as that is what my Dad had that sold to brother that still owns!
