For future reference for anyone else, Andrea's (monteMadneSS) recommended long lake animal hospital to me. I called some other place in the area and holy shit they were high. I took my cat back to Nebraska with me for the holidays and called a vet there and saved $100 over the cheapest of the three places I found in the Royal Oak/Berkley/Southfield/Clawson/troy area (was trying to find something relatively on my way to work, Long Lake isn't even close) for getting shots, front declaw, and spay.

Nope. He had worms (probably from his mom) and Giardia...probably from contaminated water at his last house. He spent a good deal of time outside with his parents and the rest of the litter and there was a lot of water puddled in the yard. He probably drank some. But he's all good now.
