Chris, dont know if this is up your alley, but there is a nice looking Grand Marquis(5.0 version, not 4.6) for sale on Little Mack, north of 12 mile, on the west side of the street, its sitting in front of someones house, dark color maybe black, says has good a/c, asking $1500. It looked good on a drive by, enough to catch my attention.

Welcome.

Tell me about it! I put over 55,000 on my 04 Solara in the first 10 months! Not worth the payment with those miles. Just buy a cheap 6,000 Bonneville or something like that. Those things last forever.

I already got a daily driver, kinda, sort of.. it's a 97 chevy K1500 with a V6.. but so far I haven't been able to leave the stang alone and drive that tired old thing to work instead.. I guess when the snow gets too deep I'll have to use it whether I like it or not...

Thanks for the pointers to mods and to that place in the area to check out btw, much appreciated!

Also i have not had the pleasure of messin with an 05 yet, so get out here and race me!
I wanna see how my car compares to a stock 05....

as for the mods, I like everything Mike (strtracer) suggested, dont forget the gears too
I'm also curious how it compares to other cars... haven't really had an opportunity to find out yet... unless you count that one dude in a newer Volvo station wagon on 696 one early morning last week...
