ex g/f's suck (need some advice)

well i have an ex g/f who i have been on and off with for almost 5 years now and it's now to the point i just don't wanna deal with it anymore. She can't decide if she wants to be with me or be friends. We are current having realtions but aren't togther and we do all the b/f and g/f shit. But i can't get her to go back out with me or even think about. Also she keeps bitching to me about how shitty her life is and how depressed she is without a man and all that. When i'm right in front of her for the taking. So i need some advice on what to do.
