I've now lost 40 lbs
290.5 as of today. Thats a total of 40.5 lbs now. Last update on here I was 299.
Problem is, all my t-shirts fit like night gowns! 
How can I shrink them?

Hell yeah!!! That is fucking awesome! You sound very dedicated , keep up the hard work!
As far as those T-shirts.....I noticed that my washer has a "HOT/WARM" cycle on it. I use that, then dry them. I found out the hard way as this shrunk T-shirts I just bought, and I was pist when they were too tight.

Heres a most recent pic. Kinda hard to tell. I can see it the most in my face. This is 9lbs ago too.
