weight is being added
well everyone is talking about losing weight. i have stayed the same since dec. but i keep adding weight to all my workouts. i way 207lbs, i'm repping 300lbs in bench, 325 in squat, 610 in leg press, 145 in staitbar curls, 365 in straitbar shrug, 205 in miltary press, and little more then norm in all other lifts.
