orangejuiced86 I need rep points!
Default Low carb snacks??

OK, Ive hit a brick wall with my diet and I want to try to eliminate carbs pretty much for a few weeks and see how my body reacts. Ill eat my normal meals in the morning, but after 11:00 a.m im going to try and do it mainly on proten shakes and non carb meals and snacks. I am a fairly picky eater so anyone have any good snacks that i can fuel up on that are low-no carbs?

thanks

LMAO!!

The wife just picked up a book called eating clean or the eat clean diet or something like that. I've skimmed through it a little bit but that's it. Looks pretty cool. Maybe pick that up. I think it was around $15.

I'm kind of in the same boat. I've lost about 20# in the last 6 months or so but have come to a bit of a stand still and I'm getting tired of chicken, fruits, and veggies all the fucking time. I told her I wanted to eat like a slob again and she's determined to keep me eating better.
With the nice weather there hasn't been to much drive to sit and read a book but once I actually check it out I'll give ya a shout back and let you know if it's worth a shit or not.

Ya, I picked up that book today. Wow did it open my eyes up. Tisk tisk on me. I feel like these past 7 months months of lifting could have been alot better.
