XTCNAGT I need rep points!
Default Norwalk track ate my tranny!!

Went to the Fun Ford Weekend Event in Norwalk. It's a very nice track, however, the FFW staff was very un-organized. (Long story) Let's just say I will prolly never race at a FFW again. I'll just spectate.

Anyways, on my first pass I launched the shyt out of it. 1.51 was my 60 foot, then my tranny blew. I ended up coasting through the traps with a 20.10 @44MPH. Thats the best traction I've got with this car.

I'm currently working on a deal with D&D on a TKO 600.

If you ever check out an IHRA or NHRA event you'll see how unorganized a lot of the other events really are.

I've never raced at an IHRA or NHRA event, but I have raced at several events acrossed the country. This one was by far the most un-organized, un-professional event I've ever been in.

I've been to some NMRA and World Ford Challenge events. Seems like they're always behind schedule and the program never runs smoothly. I've been to Milan for the IHRA event that's there and they seem to keep the program going smoothly and rofessionally. I'll be going to check out the IHRA event this Sat. at Milan.

Sorry to hear about your trans. I heard that the track sucked on Saturday. I heard it was slick. Sunday was a better day. We had one of our guys run an 11.29 at 121 mph with his Marauder. Supercharger and 100 shot does wonder for these big cars.

Yep, saturday.
It's ok, I knew it was gonna happen sometime. That was my stock T-45. I'm surprised it lasted this long.
