Drinking non carbonated beverages when possible. No beer, and very little alcohol.
Eat 3 meals a day as apposed to the 1 or 2 that I was eating a day.
Start running a mile a day
Start doing pushups daily - starting at 50 daily and increasing by 10 every other week till doing 200 a day
Start doing Sit Ups daily - starting at 50 daily and increasing by 10 every other week till doing 200 a day
Near future goals: Change my eating habits. no more fast food except in very rare situations. Start cooking meals as apposed to eating a meal out of a box. Join a gym (waiting to find out if I'm moving in the next couple months before I join one)
