90-notch I need rep points!
Default Gear

So I'm talking to OJ about a little story and he told me to type it up. It is pretty funny.

So I'm getting back into this workout thing. It's been a FEW years since my last workout. I decided to read up on a few posts to see what people are doing etc.

Well last monday was my first day. I thought i did a pretty light work out. I did my arms.
Curls on the machine 70lbs 4 sets of 12
Tri's on the machine 40lbs 4 sets of 12
Curls with the bar 50lbs 4 sets of 12
And some other machine (dunno the name) but 70lbs 4 sets of 12

Monday - was a good day felt good all day, arms were pretty swollen
Tuesday- Arms hurt pretty bad just thought it was just me getting used to it.
Wed - the fetal position was about the only thing that felt good.
Thurs- I resorted to muscle relaxers I had laying around and some motron 800.
Friday- was the same as thursday with some bengay.
Saturday- I felt pretty good but went and played darts with my wife and it started hurting bad again
Sunday- Just my left arm in the area between the lower part of my bicept and the upper part of my fore arm hurts a little

I think i did mess something up but just my left arm in a bit sore today,

Well on tuesday I'm reading one of littlemags post, and I come along the word "GEAR". So I'm thinking hey maybe that's what i need some gear to work out.

So I'm talking to my buddy at work who's into lifting too about it. the conversation kind of goes like this

Me: Hey man I'm really sore today I think I screwed something up pretty bad.
Him: Well how much did you lift
Me: explain what i did
Me: I think I need some gear
Him: WTF!
Me: Yea I'm reading about this gear stuff and I'm really sore, And I did break my wrist before too. So maybe they make some gear for my wrist like a cool wrist band or something. and maybe I could get some pretty sweet workout gear for my elbow area cause there sore as hell.
Him: Uh Tim I think there talking about "GEAR" not "Work out GEAR"
Me : Umm ok like a t-shirt or something?
Him : No LIKE GEAR. Puffs his chest out
Me : Well I guess that's why i was lost in the whole post.

I'm just so glad I didn't go into the gym, go to the counter and say, Hey man I'm looking for some gear to workout with

And now I'm laughing my ass off at one of littlemags post about the guys asking him for gear after they got done talking shit.
I was reading that and saying "I wouldn't give them bitches a t-shirt neither, fuck them

but that's my story laugh on LOL
