BY THE WAY....uh...next show is april? I wouldnt BULK up per say...i would EAT CLEAN! just up your calories....You were holding WAY to much fat. HIT me up if you need help

BUt, I have to ask, are those the 22" arms you were talking about earlier this year?

well when i cut down, i loose a little size, but i did measure them 2 days before the show and they were at 19.25in. so in that pic they are not 22's

I am 5'11" and his competition trim looks like roughly 1-2% BF (at max) less than me right now. My 18" arms look a lot bigger than his at 19.25"
I'm just saying. I could be way off...

Nice job coming in third, it takes a lot of balls to get up there in the first place. Use this as a building block and take notes and move on from there.
