Tricep workout
What is a good technique to build the back of my tricep muscle?...(closest to your back and armpit) My front section sticks out pretty good, but my rear is slightly behind, and actually a little soft. Any tips?

But I use a small car vs a gay little barbell.

Oh, well of course, I work with cars, I'm sure I have a Neon, or Cavalier out there I could use. Hell, after a few month I might be able to use an F-Series Super Duty!

french press (skull crushers) and close grip bench press. PURE size excercises! I use them both.
I have switched to doing skul cruchers using an incline bench though. Allows you TO ONLY use your triceps. Before when Iam on a flat bench I get tired and pull the bar so i rest a little. On the incline your triceps never rest.

Cool, thanks, I should do that tonight along with dips. I'm already cut, I just want to add a little bit. Now if I could just get the magic "belly" down a hair from the beer I've drank.

If you're not scared that weight is going to come crashing down on your face, you're not pushing enough weight.

I have never done that excersize before, so I have no idea. I weight 178. Max bench is 205lbs...1 time...tris....I have no clue, but I can pull down a lot and do unlimited number of dips, so I will have to try...what do you guys work with on that excersize? That way I know to use less....haha

If I were you I would start with the 60lb crooked barbell. Just to be safe.

I like the skull crusher move alot, but I use 2 dumbells instead of one bar. I get a better feel that way, plus I know each arm is doing the same amount of work I guess. But thats just me. Ill try the incline next time though just to change it up.
