would they seriously allow a truck with a ladder rack at the track? isnt that a hazard or something?

Back in my street racing days there use to be an older black guy that used to kick ass with ratty late 70s Chevy pick up with a ladder rack. Some of you guys that hung out on French Rd. about 10-12 years ago might remember him, it was a trip.
