Thanksgiving was canceled this year to help the retail businesses deal with the generally sucky economy and people not spending as much as usual.

I just hate how it gets me sick and tired of christmas long before it's actually christmas... by late December I'm ready to slit the throat of anyone in a santa outfit...

Yea they start this music shit wayyy to early. It pretty much kills christmas for me. Because by the time christmas is actually here..im so sick of hearing the songs and seeing all the decorations already, that i just want it to end. The need to start doing that stuff in the beginning of December, not November.

This is the reason why I would NEVER work retail.......I'd go postal if I had to listen to X-mas music in November. Christmas Eve is ok but any X-mas music before that is just crazy.
