i need a new work out routine
im looking to start a new weight lifting routine.....ive been going to the gym for about 7 months now and really havent seen much gain...kind of discouraging.....if you guys have any routines that work, please share...
i usually do 5 days a week... mon. chest, tues. back, wed. legs, thurs. arms, and fri. shoulders...with half hour of cardio everyday except for wed.
im def. going to start going saturday and sundays just for 1 hour of cardio each day..which i already started that today...
as far as supplements go im taking, xyience muscle meal ( switching back to muscle milk after finished w/ this), glutamine powder, multi-vitamin, fish oil, and glucosamine w/ chondroitin pills...was thinking about picking up some no-2 today as well...
any and all suggestions welcomed...i want to start seeming some major changes before my birthday in november....my diet isnt the greatest and i know thats a big part of it, but i do drink mostly water..never any pop...and i try to stay away from fast food as much as possible..its just hard to get a good meal in working the night shift...which i really need to work on getting myself into a set schedule for waking up and eating..
