No problem. Dom and I both helped Tim (91notch) with his diet.

SOLID DIET....
man...biggest thing with dieting or "change of eating habits" is having a solid plan laid out. EXAMPLE...most people FAIL with their diets or "clean" buls because they simply cannot be consistent with eating.
MOST plans are pretty much simple...
protein, carbs (good carbs), and fats.

I always preach eating solid proteins vs shakes but some cannot eat that much tuna or chicken. (lol). feed nitrogen (protein) into the system every couple hrs EVERY DAY!

carbs...I follow three rules of thumb. SIMPLE, COMPLEX and FIBEROUS. I limit my simple carbs (fruits, sugars) and eat more complex and HUGE amounts of fiberous. NO complex carbs after 6pm...(ie breads, rice, pastas)
(you said you wanted to gain without fat...)

FATS- anything fried stay away from...you need fats but limit them to olive oils, flax seed, canola, or MCT's. I REALLY limit my fats in the summer but as I allow myself to "bulk lean" I eat more. (no more than 50 grams per day though)

OK....ab routine....dont use REPS...USE MINUTES!!!!!!!!
Lost??
Ok...instead of doing 20 reps or 30 reps...go to 1 minute of leg raises...TRUST ME...you will suffer. dont worry so much about reps but focus on the movement also. squeeze each rep and when the burn or "cramp" hits...change movements BUT DONT stop until you hit your one minute...
IE...leg raises, then crunches, then straight situps....

soon you be up to more than 1 minute and IF you have been eating good...YOUR ABS will rock!

BTW....DO CARDIO!!!!!!!!!! even when you bulk. (not hard core cardio just enough to make you sweat)...cardio improves metabolic rate and allows you to eat more to fuel growth....

GOOD luck!

That's a lot of good info! I wish I knew that much about that stuff. The only thing I really know, is to stay away from McDonalds, BK, etc...haha.
