During a Bulk stage....
Should i hold off on stomach and cardio? I have a small gut, i'm not looking for a 6 pack just a small slim up, which i can do during my cut stage but i would like be a step ahead.
I completely cut pop out of my daily routine (drank about 4 20oz bottles @ work, plus 2-3 glasses at home) now i drink water constantly but i feel more bloated? I'm also taking 2-3 protein shakes a day, so should hit the stomach & the tread?

drink you water around room temp. Your body has to waarm it up. Which is why you get that bloated feeling. The water is just sitting there and your body is trying to warm it up.
I only drink cold water during a workout, other than that it's bottle water out of the case sitting in my closet.
I used to feel all bloated to until i found that out. Forgot where i got the info, but after i switched from drinking ice cold water the bloated feeling went away.

whats your diet look like? doing a clean bulk could help drop some bf but whats your bf% to begin with
like are you eating alot of white flour ect?

I lost a decent amount of BF, must have been the supps I was taking

ALWAYS,....ALWAYS...ALWAYS...do cardio on your bulk. KEEPING your metabolic rate UP allows you to eat MORE and PROCESS more calories. YOU will build more muscle and gain GOOD weight VS just WEIGHT (fat).

you should always do cardio to keep the heart strong so your body can utilize oxygen better and your not huffing and puffing after a set of warmups
