Looking for something for the G/F

She's worked retail her entire life (since 16) and has worked her way up to a DM position. The problem is she hates the hours and schedule that comes with the retail world. She has no degree or education beyond high school, what is out there that she can do that doesnt pay crap but has a normal 8-4 9-5 shift.
