broken push rods/ stuck valve

put motor back together now i have valve train issue. changed 2 pistons on same side broke pushrods 1 on each sides motor and stuck a valve open. builder says not his fault, motor ran fine when took there, had a line bore and new bearing put in to freshen up. he says fatigue, SO I PUT NEW CHROMOLY PUSH RODS IN, HE STARTED IT REVED IT AND STUCK A VALVE.......nothing on his end he says

Just had a valve hang open and kiss the piston. Was hold it was a bad guide . No oil and the valve siezed in the open position. Broke a rocker,keeper and bent a pushrod along w/ the valve. Maybe have the guides checked.
