Popular portable MP3 players?????
I recently returned the used 20gb Ipod I bought and was wondering what some other more popular MP3 players were.
I know about the Zune and Ipod, but what are some others?
I would be looking for something 20gb or larger.
Thanks.

I've played with the Zune at work. Its a pain in the ASS to operate compared to the Ipod. I like the ipod's ease of use compared to the Zune....

Look into the Creative Zen, or the Samsung mp3 players. They dont need any goofy software to transfer your music to the player. This is a nice one. It also functions as a hard drive, which means you can just drag and drop whatever you want.

I have the creative labs Zen Micro and it works great, I am actually selling it though but it is only a 6 gig. Ease of use is why I bought it, I had a 20 gig IPOD before and this works better and software is so simple, just drag from your saved folder into the Zen folder.

The sound quality is also better on the Zen. The Zen has an integrated headphone amp that will drive a wide range of headphones...even the larger studio cans can be run off of them. The headphone amp on the iPod is junk, as it will only run earbuds or only the smallest headphones. If you want some bad ass headphones check out the Sennheiser PMX200s. I have the older model of those headphones and theyre great. They have a nice 18 to 21000Hz range...so theyll get the lowest lows and the highest highs.

I know about the Zune and Ipod, but what are some others? It drowns out the noise aka noise canceling over the ear headphones. Was a gift that my wide bought me. These work with your home stereo and iphone, ipad, ipod. Corded not wireless. $100.00
