Looks to be all there on the outside at least, you don't see those too often

Grin

So far its looking like a stock block 302 with an F cam, probably some Twisted wedges and a EFI intake. T5 or 3550 and a 8.8. I picked up the rear and short block already. Now I just need the trans, heads, intake and about 5000 other misc. parts. It will most likely get a dash from a 87-93 car also.

I want a driver for the summer, this F150 is killing me.

I assume it is the truck itself and not the MPG that is killing you

It's a nice car for sure. I'd rather have his neighbor though

Too nice to hack up IMO. I'd put it back to stock with a few mods. You'd get the same power, better gas mileage, less weight, and way more value. You could drop $2-$3k on the putting it back to stock and have a car worth more than you put into it. Look what they're going for on ebay...

X200!!!! Stock/modified. That's too nice to butcher up with a 5.0.

I had an 85 for awhile and I sure wish I never would have gotten rid of it!!!

Dan-

Don't listen to these guys.... by putting a V8 in it, you are curing it. You're resolving a problem by putting some power in it, take all the 4 banger stuff out and throw it in the dumpster.

Nice car! I have no problems with the V8 swap, I don't like the sounds of the dash swap though.

I gotta laugh when people think these cars are really gonna be worth something, maybe in 20 more years(big maybe), but seriously you think you will hold onto the car for that long??? FUCK NO!! Put the 347 in it and have fun!!
