Man have I been slacking the last month and a half!

Put it this way, with playing paintball on and off for 7 hours on Saturday, my legs are SORE as hell!
I need to get back in the gym + days a week, again! I need to put more mass on and start cutting now for spring. This eating whatever and whenever, and getting to the gym "when I feel like it," needs to stop.

: Holidays are over and I have abused that excuse to the fullest.
