Actually when I had Steves car here it did the same exact thing, when he put the plug wires on the passenger side he did not have then all the way down in the hole (modular engine) You may want to check for a bad wire or be sure your plugs are at the correct gap,double check the cap and rotor timing ect. If you want shoot me a call or PM, tonight I'll swing by if it quits raining and bring my vacuum gauge and see how much vacuum your pulling.
