Dyno Day, May 28th starting at 8AM

Looks like there is a dyno day set for the last Saturday of next month. 2 pulls for $50. Alternative Auto.

As long as he is doing a/f and boost readings I'm in. I'm more interested in seeing my a/f at this point because I've noticed I'm seeing more fuel pressure than I remembered from last year. Plus, I want to see if eliminating that kink in the elbow from my power pipe picked up any boost.

Anyway, I know we were all talking about this before but we never set a date. Who's interested????

We never set a date for our own dyno day because not enough people can commit to it.

Anyways, we'll most likely be going.

Btw, I'm pretty sure that Alternative doesn't do a/f & boost on their big dyno days like that.

OK, I gotta thrash and get the mustang together

99SVTAddict 04-29-2005 02:57 PM

Last year he did...but I'm sure it all depends.

Oh, I wasn't ripping on us not getting a date together for a dyno day...I hope I didn't come off that way. I know it was because not enough people committed. ;)

Oh I know...I just said it because not everyone knows.

I got on Alternative's site and it doesn't sound like he's doing a/f and boost readings for that day.

Screw you Kentucky boy.
Then I'll go one day on my own.

Found out this will not include the a/f and boost readings.

I'm going to get the car dyno'd in the next week or so. After fixing the belt it seems I've picked up some boost. I want to make sure that everything is still safe....call it insurance.

I might still go up there if anyone is interested or if you plan to get the car dyno'd.

Did you get a new belt or just straighten the old one?

99SVTAddict 05-10-2005 09:54 AM

New belt. Jamie actually had a new one from when he purchased his blower. It came with a 99 belt, he needed the one for his 01. So the fix cost me nothing. :D
