Anybody still working out?
Haven't seen any new threads made. I haven't done anything and just when I thought I was gonna start I got the flu on Saturday morning, threw up 15 times that day, and I still feel slight effects from it.
JSXtreme.....How are you coming along? Still losing weight and meeting your goals? |
I gave up about a month ago.

I still at...just not nearly as hard with the holidays and fucking injuries. I got a cortisone shot in my elbow today and also found out my left rotate cuff is fucked. Not to the point of surgery (yet) but I need to make some changes. :(

I actually started a whole new workout. I havent missed a beat since I started in September of 06. This new workout I started is more of a full body deal that I lift 3 times a week and do Cardio 4 times a week. This new workout is supposed to help up the levels of gh in your body to help burn fat. I also made some changes in my diet also. I can throw weight around pretty good, but this superset deal I'm doing now kills me. I'm going to do this for 12 weeks and then go back to my normal routine. Ill post my results. I just need to focus on eliminating the rest of the fat that I am not happy with then I will focus on lifting hard again.

I need to start again, school is starting and I have an Intermediate Algebra class that I suck at, and I am still working on my never ending 81 Mustang that I am putting the 01 GT stuff into. That damn things takes all my time.

Man have I been slacking the last month and a half! :blush:
Put it this way, with playing paintball on and off for 7 hours on Saturday, my legs are SORE as hell! I need to get back in the gym + days a week, again! I need to put more mass on and start cutting now for spring. This eating whatever and whenever, and getting to the gym "when I feel like it," needs to stop. :blush: Holidays are over and I have abused that excuse to the fullest. |
