This is old and since only a few know... I will tell the rest.. My apologies for not posting this here also... this is taken from MM...


First it's not because of the pics... They are still fucking clueless about the ones that floated around and the others I have...

Long story short... INJCTED on the boards here dated a whore named Megan... INJCTED and whore didn't end up so well... So they went to bad blood basically... My buddy (Kevin) who I got a job with at SALEEN on my line started banging the whore... They ended up breaking up and stopped sleeping together... So I never have talked to whore... Never have... Only said HI while passing by the stupid fucking slut...

So we got laid off... And return date was Jan 3rd... No problem... Come back from layoff... Our bathroom was closed so I had to use paintshop's men's lockerroom... Whore's office is across from it... I saw Scuba Steve(BADASS99EXTREME on the boards here) in her office... So I walked in and said what's up and how his New Year's went... She started being a bitch... SO I said "Hey if you want to talk to me... Talk to me with respect and like and adult.. Dont' talk to me like your a lil girl."

So yesterday I get called into the office(1-10-06)... My boss is there... Then my other boss is there... Then HR is there... They are informing me for my termination from SALEEN... I said what for? The stupid cock sucking cum guzzling gutter slut filed a false report against me saying I swore at her and at her boss... Her boss also asked me to stop and I didn't... And that her boss was in the office the whole time... That wasn't the case at all... Scuba was there... He can vouch for that... So I told them to grab the bitch, her boss(WHO I DON'T EVEN KNOW), and Scuba... They refused... And still fired me... I told them they are firing me for BS and that they need to go get Scuba and everyone else... They still refused and fired me...

Meanwhile before that happend... Yesterday(1-9-06) I find out my buddy(Kevin) had sexual harassment charges against him because of the bitch filed against him... HE HASN'T DONE A SINGLE THING TO HER ever since he stopped sleeping with her... He hasn't gotten fired yet and prolly hasn't since they said they don't know if it's because of their relationship going bad or what...



I can't sue because it would cost me more money to sue and pay the lawyers then it would to be able to get back from them for everthing... We already discussed all the in's and out's for this...

I am currently still waiting on MARVIN...

I'm sorry to hear this, but I think you have a case with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, they handle employment classes at no cost. I'm President of the AFSCME Local 1917 Skilled Electrical Foremens Union and with information you are giving us, the person that would be looking for a new job could be your girl & her boss. That's why Unions are form to keep this BS from happening to employees. They have made False Allegation against you. You need to sit down and write every moment of the facts in the correct time frame of what transpired between you & the person in question. This way your statement will not change in the ongoing course. Then you need to do a little investigation to prove the boss was not in the room at the time of dispute. Example boss could be in meetings at that time you were in said persons office. Find your friends and get statements. Good luck, tell truth, and do not show anger. Do not let management know about statements from fellow co-works until your day at the table.

7Tmach1 is on the right track here. It sounds to me that you were singled out because somebody didnt like you. You have a great case...see what you can do. Just remember though, when shit like this happens, and say you do end up getting your job back, things will never be the same, and theyre usually worse.
