Promedia, the parent company of the NMCA and NMRA, revealed on Friday the preliminary rules set for the new Street Outlaw category, which was announced at the recent Super Bowl of Street Legal Drag Racing in Chicago and will debut in both of the popular heads-up series in 2013.
