Michael Anthony.
Mike Dunn was way obvious for anyone that follows NHRA at all.

Ding ding ding, we have a winner. As I was standing there, Im lookin at this guy, like damn he looks familiar, took about 5 minutes, then, oh, hes alot shorter than he looks on stage. Definitely cool though, hes been a friend of Dunns for years, the BS with me for about 10 minutes and signed T shirts for our whole group. Thats one thing I love about NHRA, the drivers and crew are right there, and when they have time, they are more than willing to bs with the spectators, not like NASCAR, where you cant get anywhere near them

Damn. Just saw this thread now. I knew that was Mike Dunn the second I saw him! They need to get him back in a fuel car - very talented driver. I also knew it was Michael Anthony as soon as you said he was in a band popular in the 70's. He was also at a Joliet race a few years back - seems to be a big drag race fan. The dude on the right kinda looks like Pro Stock driver Allen Johnson.

Nice pics Strtracer.

Thanks

Dunn was offered a contract to drive this year and turned it down. He stated that he was already under contract to ESPN, and doesnt believe in backing out of contracts. A man of his word!
